Do you include a domain name?

To maintain competitive pricing and offer you the freedom to choose where to register your domain name, our hosting plans do not include domain registration.

Please ensure you have a registered domain ready before purchasing a hosting plan, as it's necessary for setting up your account.

Is there a minimum term?

No, if you require web hosting for just a month, you have the flexibility to cancel before the month ends, with a payment of only £1.99 (if the Starter plan). We don't use contracts to keep you locked in.

What if I need help?

If you need help or have any questions at all, please don't hesitate to reach out to us. You can find our contact details at the bottom of the page, or if you're an existing customer, please open a ticket via our Support system.

Please note, our support services here are limited to our web hosting service. We do not offer website design, website builder support, or make changes to your website. While we aim to assist you where possible, please bear in mind web hosting services operate primarily on a self-service basis.

However, if you encounter issues such as downtime, security breaches, or suspect problems with our web hosting service affecting your website, please contact us immediately. We will investigate promptly and take appropriate action to address the issue.

What if I want email access?

We do provide email accounts and email access with our Advance and Ultimate hosting plans.

However, we strongly suggest that you look at Zoho Mail

It's free and ensures you won't have trouble with your emails reaching your recipients inbox (avoiding their spam folder), it's more secure against hacking than any web host and it's easier for most people as you can simply download their app on your Apple or Android devices without needing to configure POP and IMAP settings.

Can you help me start a website?

Yes of course! We sell WordPress Starter and WordPress eCommerce packages to help you get started, WordPress is widely regarded as the best option for managing a website.

Can I get SSL on the Starter plan?

We recommend you use Cloudflare DNS and their SSL functionality if you want SSL protection for a site hosted on the Starter plan.
