Do you include a domain name?

To maintain competitive pricing and offer you the freedom to choose where to register your domain name, our hosting plans do not include domain registration.

Please ensure you have a registered domain ready before purchasing a hosting plan, as it's necessary for setting up your account.

Is there a minimum term?

No, if you require web hosting for just a month, you have the flexibility to cancel before the month ends, with a payment of only £4.99 (if the Starter plan). We don't use contracts to keep you locked in.

What if I need help?

Please note, our support services here are limited to our web hosting service. We do not offer website design, website builder support, or make changes to your website. While we aim to assist you where possible, please bear in mind web hosting services operate primarily on a self-service basis.

However, if you encounter issues such as downtime, security breaches, or suspect problems with our web hosting service affecting your website, please contact us immediately. We will investigate promptly and take appropriate action to address the issue.

Can I pay annually or quarterly?

Of course, you can be billed annually or quarterly if you prefer. Please note that we are unable to offer discounts for paying annually or quarterly instead of monthly as we already maintain the lowest prices we're able to offer.

Can you help me start a website?

Yes of course! We sell WordPress Starter and WordPress eCommerce packages to help you get started, WordPress is widely regarded as the best option for managing a website.

Why is my disk space less than advertised?

We split the disk space, allocating space for the web hosting storage and email storage seperately. If you would like us to modify this allocation by assigning either more disk space to the web hosting storage or more space to email storage by reducing it from the other, please contact us and we'll be happy to adjust it for you.

The standard allocation we set for each of the packages is shown in the table below:

We divide the storage like this because usually when customers run out of disk space it's due to emails taking up all of the space, and also because we run web hosting and email hosting services seperately on seperate servers.

However, if you're unhappy with this allocation, we're happy to adjust it at your request, there is nothing stopping you from fully utilising your storage space the way you want.
